I have connected Share point, Google drive and One drive to a Confluence space with Team files connector, The main idea of doing this is to gather all the files at one place so that it would be easier to search files. After connecting all the required drives when I do a quick search on Confluence search, which is on the top right of the Confluence page, the files inside these connected folders are not getting searched. There is a search button within the connected folder but it is not quite useful for us. We want files to get searched when we search in Confluence search.
our search solution "iFinder Confluence Search" should match your request.
This is an Enterprise Search technology for a much better search in Confluence and the ability to connect further source (additional license cost) into like SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Jira, file share, cloud services, and many more.
With the new iFinder searchbar in your confluence you can search with one search query into Confluence and all connected sources. Everything is user rights proofed. Every user will only see and found content where he has rights on it.
Also included is our iFinder Search Macro, which displayed content from other source (and also Confluence content) direktly on a Confluence Page.
This enterprise search solution delivers top results based on linguistic analysis and offers many additional features. These articles may help you:

Confluence quick search is only used for searching pages, spaces in Confluence, not the documents you have connected from different shared folders

Is there any possibility that files can be searched across various connected folders or is there any app that can be incorporated to Confluence so that searching across various folders can be achieved?
