Why Does Java use up ~70% of the CPU load all the time with JIRA/Confluence?

This is the regular heartbeat of our Confluence/JIRA install It appears that Java is running crazy! Can this be avoided?

Hi Kurtis,

Please open a ticket with Support so that this issue can be investigated in depth. Unfortunately, a graph does not provide sufficient detail to make any reasonable analysis.
