Hi,
When I export a simple confluence page directly to .pdf, it was working fine till 27-July-2025.
But, suddenly, I noticed that the .pdf export of confluence page is getting messed up. Incorrect and inconsistent fonts all over the document making it look terrible. Unable to export documents directly to .pdf and share quickly with customers.
Exporting to .doc and converting to .docx and formatting that .docx and converting to .pdf is quite painful and messed up.
I really need this .pdf export in confluence to be fixed ASAP. Kindly help.
Regards,
Hello @Madhav Gudimetla V ,
Thank you for your question.
There are couple of troubleshooting steps mentioned on below page.
You can refer them and try to solve this issue. If still issue is not resolved then I recommend to contact Atlassian Support
Thanks Sachin. I tried Scroll PDF, it was terrible. One line per page. Not suiting my requirement.
My issue still persists - default Confluence --> Export --> PDF doesnt work as expected. Messes up the font and overall documentation. Not fit for sharing with customers.
Need help.
(I just dont understand why Atlassian Confluence PDF plugin should fail in the first place, when it is a part of the product offering. )

Hi @Madhav Gudimetla V , sorry to hear about your experience with Scroll PDF Exporter so far (for transparency: I work for K15t who build the app). The one line per page issue you've experienced can be fixed by adjusting the paragraph style settings for the template you're using to export. You'll need to make sure each style is set to 'don’t break'.
If you decide to give Scroll PDF Exporter another go whilst Atlassian fixes the native exporter, you can reach out to our support at help@k15t.com. We'll be happy to help you get it working the way you need if you run into any issues. :)
