Why am I receiving duplicate email notifications from Confluence for a single update

I'm using MS Outlook as my email and the duplicate email comes in a minute or 2 later. I saw something about a "test email" you guys have. How do I use that?

Hey - should be in the general configuration under mail server - there you should find a button to send a test email.
