Why can I not see my PPTX document in 5.10.8

Every since upgrading to 5.10.8 none of my PowerPoint documents are visible or clickable.  

1. Has anyone else had this problem?
2. Has anyone solved this problem?

Hi Greg,

Thanks for the answers.  Clearly Confluence has a problem with pptx files specifically (although they should work without any problems).  There are several tickets in about ppt files working fine but pptx files not working.  As a temporary workaround you could try attaching a ppt file and if that works use ppt until a fix is issued?

But you'll need to put a ticket into Atlassian because this is a bug, not a configuration issue.

• It is happening for multiple people
• It is happening in all browsers
• It is only happening with PPTX as far as we know
• Files in Attachments seem to be affected also.

Some standard questions:

• Is this happening just for you, or for everyone?
• Is this happening in all browsers (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, IE/Edge, Safari)?
• Is this happening for any other file types, or just pptx?
• Are the files in an affected page still visible and viewable in the Attachments page?
