Why does the sidebar now auto-collapse in Confluence in IE Explorer?

Sidebar defaults to collapsed for 1 week now in IE Explorer 11, using another login and it is OK. OK with my login on Chrome

IE is not supported for Confluence. Please check the following page https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/supported-platforms-207488198.html
