Why i try to backup confluence and i have this : ' Woah! Something went wrong! Starting... '?

I take a backup (JIRA ans confluence) once a month and it's works but not today 

The JIRA backup works but not the confluence 

I dont have any error message.

Hi Pierre,

I've just performed a research and it seems to happen due to a bug that is affecting across multiple instances. The bug is reported here:

They are working on a fix and will be updating on that ticket as soon as it is applied. Please be sure to watch that ticket in order to be alerted when the fix is out.
