Hi Amanda,
When you say it's not working, you mean that the data is not being shown there? If yes, this could be related with Confluence's index, and you might need to do a Rebuild of the content index from scratch.
Cheers,
WZ
Hi William,
See image below. The "Space contributors" use to work and now it looks like this. Please advise.
Thanks,
Amanda

In general, data needed to render that macro comes from indexes, so the first thing that we would need to do, is rebuild indexes from scratch, as that would fix the data in this case.

Hi William,
It looks like it is disabled by someone (see image below). How could this be? Please advise. What's next?

Hi Amanda,
This means that the plugin is disabled or culprit. Being that said, lets check if the plugin is enabled. Can you please go to Cog Icon > Confluence Admin > Manage Add-ons and search for:
Under the "All add-ons". You can find it, by clicking in the drop-down menu.
If it's enabled, it means that it's broken. So we need to do a rebuild of the bundled plugins from scratch, as you can see here.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
WZ.

Hi William,
Did you see the image I attached from yesterday comment?

William,
I just noticed the plug-in was enable without me doing anything. Did you find out why it was disable out of the blue?
Thanks,
Amanda

There are no known problems reported about the contributors macro not working.
I tested it on an internal OnDemand instance and it appears to be working as expected.
Please can you raise a support request so that we can investigate your specific problem.
