This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Enable a Wiki

Hello , i cant find wiki Settings anywhere , can you help me ?

Do you see the Settings option in the left sidebar of your repo? If not, you aren't able to enable the wiki on your repo and you need to ask an admin to do it for you. If you see Settings, click it and scroll down to find Wiki Settings in the list that appears.
