On my sidebar, I have the page tree, where I want to display pages and their children. But whenever I add a macro(ex: troubleshooting, meetings, etc), this is added also on the sidebar. This is something that is adding too much content on the sidebar. How can display only pages and children?
Adding some screenshots as requested:
What do I see on my sidebar
And when I try to edit, I get this:
So, I don't have the option of removing the "Meeting notes" blueprint, I don't want it to be shown on sidebar, I would like to have only pages visible.
Ah yes, I see what you mean - it's not a shortcut. This is because all meeting notes (except the first one for some reason) are always grouped under the Meeting Notes page. You could just delete that page without deleting its children. The downside to this is that you'll have a lot of loose meeting notes pages rather than have them under one main page (which is the purpose of the Meeting Notes page). As I said, you can avoid this by creating your own templates based on the existing ones. You could also opt for using different spaces for different purposes.
ok, so I will create a template of my own, seems to the best solution. Thanks!

Hi Avrum,
If you create a page using a template based on a blueprint (such as the Meeting Notes or Troubleshooting Articles blueprints), a main page under which the children of the blueprint are stored is automatically added as an extra shortcut in the sidebar.
You can easily remove the shortcut by clicking on "Space Tools" > "Configure sidebar" (to the bottom of the sidebar) and removing the shortcuts you don't want. You can also select whether you want to display a page tree or all child pages here.
I hope this helps!
Regards,
Jennifer

Thanks Jennifer.
The problem is that, these blueprints are shown automatically when I choose "Child pages" or "Page tree", I don't have an option to remove them and keep pages only.

In addition, whenever I insert a "Page Tree" in any page, I see those blueprints as well. The intention on a page tree is to see pages and children only, those blueprints a will be inserted manually as part of a child page. The "page tree" macro makes things a little bit confused because it is mixing pages and blueprints.

Could you post some screenshots so I have an idea of what you're dealing with here? Confluence can be annoying at times with matters like these.
I could also suggest the alternative of creating your own Troubleshooting Article or Meeting Notes templates, based on the existing ones. Then you won't have the blueprint automatically attached!

Added screenshots on the issue description. If no other suggestion, I will accept as an answer: creating a customized template page for meetings. That means that all blueprints that I want to use , I will create a customized one, otherwise it will be presented on sidebar. Thanks
