Wild card entry search

Hi All,

I have requirement in my application.

I want to do wildcard search means my MPN number is "CN600AR" if I search CN6 it should return this result.

Can you people help us on this what configuration we need to do for this.

Hi Srihari,

Confluence 5.2 will include a major rework of the Lucene indexing engine and this will result in better results for searches concerning numeric characters (like in your example). I suggest you to wait for this release of Confluence and upgrade once it is publicly available. As of my tests 5.2 will return the search results as expected for your query above.
