With GSuite integration, are users added and removed in a bi-directional sync?

Hello,

 

The GSuite integration works well with new account creation, but it doesn't appear to be removing accounts as they are removed from GSuite.  Is this normal? Is there anything I can try to make it work. 

 

Right now I am only syncing based on the groups users belong to.
