Dear Community,
I have embedded a whiteboard as followed:
Is this a know issue? I hope there is a solution or workaround available.
Cheers
Sven
Hi @Sven Loe and welcome to the Community.
It seems that Whiteboards are another element that is not supported for PDF exports.
For a single page, the workaround is to Enter the presenter mode (on a Mac, press 'R' key), then use the browser's printing feature and select Save as PDF.
Hi Kristian,
Thank you for welcoming me and for your fast answer. Unfortunately, your suggestion via browser doesn’t work. My print is empty. Is the whiteboard function planned to be supported soon? We are using a lot of flowcharts in our pages, which we need to print.

Hi @Sven Loe
I swear it used to work... I wonder if it's permission thing... The board renders properly in the Presenter mode but the moment I unleashed my screenshot app (Snagit), it was gone.
The screen stated in the Presenter mode, the embed frame was still there but my diagram was gone...
I wonder if you Scroll PDF exporter would fare better.
I'm going to request assistance from Atlassian.

Hi @Sven Loe
The error message you are running when exporting a page that contains a whiteboard embedded is due to the bug: When export a page to PDF contains a smart link to whiteboard, link part is displayed as error in PDF file
For the Word export, it seems to be not displaying the error, but it will export with the link only.
About the browser printing option, if you are trying to print with the Layout as Portrait, it might return a blank page (behavior we got when testing the print option right now), with that in mind please let us know if you are able to change the Layout to "Landscape" and see if the embedded whiteboard is displaying on your printing options, along with the page content.
Regards,
Jessica
