Word export doesn´t work 1 week ago

Hi,

 

if we want to export a page in word, we get since 1 week the message:

Unbenannt.PNG

Can you please help?

the Area setup are correct > Area export are allowed

only 1 Are doesn´t work with the same setup with other Areas.

no changes was done, for 1 week it works fine

Is there an export limit for premium users that we may have exceeded?

Hola @Bianca Amato, and welcome to the Atlassian Community!

May we ask for more information here by what you mean with Area Setup/Area Export

Here may I ask for more information to make sure we are on the same page? You mention it only happens on certain areas and not in others, but what is an area? A pages/spaces? I don't recall a native "Area Export" unless you mean Spaces or are working with a Third-Party app. 

Which could lead to the best next steps: contacting Atlassian directly or the vendor of the third-party app.

Hi, unfortunately this is a translation error on my part, I actually mean Spaces. The export as Word works in all Spaces except one. Last week it still worked in this Spaces, then suddenly it didn't for all users, despite the release that we are allowed to make exports in the Spacesettings

Hello Bianca,

Thanks for the details (and my apologies for the belated reply). Just to make sure I understood you correctly: One page in one space cannot be exported correctly. 

For this case I unfortunately cannot offer many recommendations: You could clear cookies (this solves a lot of issues), try a different browser, gather and analyze HAR & Console logs ( For this, you need to see if in the "network" tab there is some keywords like "blocked, error, refused, CSP"). Likewise, you can inspect permissions on the off-chance that some permission is affecting a user: Inspect Permissions.

Lastly, you could also contact Atlassian Support, who can connect and investigate.
