Word formatting changes when using the Word Macro

When I use the Word macro in Confluence to import a document, when the document displays, it underlines a lot of the document. I have reformatted the document in word, but still having the same problem. Currently using Microsoft Word 2002. Appreciate any help on this.

Hi,

The problem is probably the version of Word that you are using.

Have you tried with a newer version of Word?

I know It is a couple of months since I asked this questions, but will using Word 2010 resolve this problem?

We have resolved the problem not through upgrade, but by changing formatting within the document itself. It appears there are some fonts and functions in word that Confluence does not like.
