I created an organisation 2 years ago and managed it for a long time. In the spring of last year I appointed another user as admin, who is no longer with the company.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my own organisation. I still receive notifications by e-mail, but unfortunately I have no access. How can this be rectified?

Was this organization created for a company? Were you using a company provided email when you created it?
Is this a for which somebody is being billed or is it a Free subscription?
Are you still able to access the Products subscribed to under that Organization?
You may be able to get assistance by open a case with the Billing, Licensing, and Purchasing support team through this page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
You may have to look for options to click "I still need help" or submit a request as "not a customer" to finally get a case submitted.

Could you clarify what exactly you'd like to do?
Are you looking to reclaim administrator rights, or would you like to stop receiving notifications?
In either case, you’ll need assistance from Atlassian Support . You can submit a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/, and their team will help you resolve the issue.
Or, if you can't create issue due to some technical problems, I can request support assistance from this post directly.

I would like to regain my administrator rights, as I also created the organisation. Unfortunately, I have not managed to create a ticket with the support team myself.
