After giving a license to a new user to get access to Confluence on-demand, the new user is getting the following error message: "You have not been granted access to Confluence"
This new user has already been added to the confluence-users group as well as been given access to the application. Is there anything that's missing?
You might be running into a recent bug we have as well. If you run out of ideas, please create a support ticket and we can correct the issue for you.
