Your organization has been deleted due to inactivity

I received an email telling me my organisation had been deleted (17th June 2025). I received no prior notification of this (yes, checked spam etc)

I have spent the past few days trying to resolve this myself, so this is a last resort asking for help.

The instructions to have it re-activated via customer support don't work as the validation fails and won't let you proceed. I have seen other people with the same issue, so I am hoping that someone at Atlassian can help me reactivate my organization.

My organisation id is:

Hi @spicyniknaks 

I believe this organization would have been associated with a Jira Software site that was deleted back in September of 2023.  In order for Atlassian to delete this due to inactivity that organization would have had no products and no claimed domains for 180 days.

That said, I still I created a support request on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1152870
