Dear All,
Our organization has recently launched Confluence. every thing works fine. but suddenly admin user can not manage users and change setting and after a while admin user cannot login!!! a short time after LDAP configuration, admin user stopped working.
is there any restrictions for admin user(Email, account, ...)
our admin user is LDAP user.
is there any Idea?

Hi @sara karimi ,
You should have an local admin user account located in the Confluence Directory which you used to set up your On Prem solution. If somehow you've deleted that or you don't know the password to it, you can always use the recovery admin which will have enough rights for you to start investigating what happened.
