after upgrade confluence form 5.6.6 to 6.1.3 we have a double confluence only search pull down

After a successfull upgrade we have a strange double confluence only pull down search.

We have the sharepoint connector plugin installed (latest)

When I switch to sharepoint and clonfluence and refresh the paga I have only one search pulldown. When I select Confluence Only and refresh I get a double pull down again.

Sharepoint uses two different search modules, one for Confluence 5.6.x and below and one for Confluence 5.7.x or above. There is a bug in the connector where it does not disable the unneeded version of search after an upgrade from 5.6.x to 5.7.x or above. All you should need to do is:

1. Go to Confluence Administration > Manage Add-ons 
2. Search for SharePoint Connector
3. Expand Enabled Modules
4. Disable the "SharePoint Integrated Search" module
