Hi I'd like to make a new backup of our ondemand confluence so I can import on newly deployed confluence. Backup is currently failing via backup manager with Woah! Something went wrong!

Unexpected error during export has occurred

Also I would like _not_ tom import all the users at the same time I import the data as we are now managing users with crowd and I just get the same users from the import, is that possible?

The best way to do the partial migration into an existing Confluence OnDemand instance is to take space exports.
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Exporting+Confluence+Pages+and+Spaces+to+XML

This will let you just move over the spaces, while keeping the user database the same on the target instance.
