can i define more than one global template? (And if yes, how?)

You can create as many global templates as you need - just go to Admin -> Global Templates and Blueprints and click Add New Global Template

And how to create a new "Space blueprint"? Because the 'Add global page template' button only offers to create a new "global page template', doesn't it?
