can not move the document in confluence

When trying to move the documents within the structures in confluence, and it does not matter if I am doing that through drag and drop or relocating the documents through the document properties. I keep receiving this message that reads: "Try to restart the page, in case the problem persists, contact Atlassian-support." Here is the original message:

Tried playing around with the restrictions and allowances but with no success. I have admin rights and the problem occurred first time as soon as new editor view came in place.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. Can you confirm that the other users on your Confluence site are also having the same issue? Does this occur with any document, on any page, in any space? 

To troubleshoot, I recommend the following:

1. Clear your browser cache. 
2. Try from multiple browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)
3. Confirm the issue is replicable across different workstations, and bypass any firewalls, proxies, or VPN.
4. Confirm that other users are also able to replicate the issue.

Failing that, we would need to have a look at your site logs. This will require a support ticket. You can raise a ticket with Cloud Support if you are the primary site admin, or a primary contact for your account. If this is not you, you can report it to your administrator, who will be able to create the support ticket. Then we can request access and review your site logs.
