Ok, there's a lot more information over at As of last week I can no longer edit meeting minutes? We did update our SSL cert on our server. Could this be related?

As far as I know–yes. We've not had a problem with this in the 4 years we've been using Confluence. We did just update our SSL cert on the server we're using but no other change was made. I'm the Admin on this account and have admin permissions. Is there a different permission setting someplace?
