change db in confluence.cfg.xml but cause problem

Spring Application context has not been set
 
I want to start a new confluence service with the existing db.
Pretty sure that I have the right permission. But when I change db info in confluence.cfg.xml, it cause context problem. How can I fix it?

Damn it! It's my mistake. I totally misunderstand the meaning of this sentence. It means you should at least create an available space and a admin user which makes sure that your wiki is OK to run. Then you can edit cfg file without damage on it. Thx guys!
