comala workflow status bar not visible to users

I am new to confluence and to Comala workflows.  Please help...

Users cannot see the Workflow Status bar.  Since they can't click that, they are unable to see their workflow pop-up with the options for progressing the needed work.

Any ideas for what might cause this?

edited to add: both the workflow status bar and the workflow pop-up are available for me...

Thanks to Goriana Ivanova, I was able to the "Workflow Activity and Drafts Visibility" pull-down from Default to Anybody, which resolved the issue.  That pull down can be found in Space Tools / Workflows / Configuration.
