confluence OnDemand service not available

We cannot access the following base URL for the confluence OnDemand service at this moment,

I'm not sure what's going on. Could you help me what I should do?

Please create a L1 support request at support.atlassian.com for issues like these and we'll respond quickly.

I'm taking a look at the instance in the meantime to see if I can find the problem.

The problem is due to a Storage Node Outage and the Operations team is working to get it solved. You can probably see the status message displayed on your instance now.
