confluence can't publish

Hi all

Recently, we received feedback from my colleague that he gave us an error when publishing, but when I used my own account and ip to repeat the problem, everything was normal on my side. I checked that his permission was normal and he could access confluence normally1.png3.png

Hi @arno 

Have you had the user try restarting their computer, browser etc? They could also try incognito

If that doesn't work then I would recommend having the user gather a HAR file and submit it to Atlassian as it seems to be user specific.
