We have setup our confluence on azure cloud and the confluence vm is unable to reach the Atlassian market place. even we made configuration to have open firewall settings. Can some one from Atlassian team help us out and willing to connect and go over the issue.

I'd suggest logging in to the server and running some basic network analysis to confirm if the operating system can contact the marketplace
Based on OS testing results, the community may be able to help with a resolution.

I checked on the server level with basic networking commands ex: nslookup. The server is able to reach and got response from Atlassian server. But on the application side we are still not able to see the user-installed plugins and throwing the error that "the Atlassian market place is not reachable". Please do help
