can you explain more about this.

if i not renew can  confluence still running as a normal ?

after jul 04 2018 i only can use confluence without confluence support and cannot update . Yes?

Hello, 

if you do not renew the licence you will still be able to use Confluence. You only lose access to support and future updates if you don't have an up-to-date licence.
