confluence migration update server version

We require your kind guidance on the following point:

According to the migration documentation the wizard must be installed on server versions 5.10 and later.  The current client version has version 5.3

For the above, in this case what would be the procedure to follow?

I would recommend you to upgrade your server to the latest LST version. LST version right now is 7.19.12. Here you can download it: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/download-archives

Please keep in mind to backup your server and I highly recommend you to replicate your production server and brand it as a stage environment. To be able to play with all scenarios regarding migrations and upgrades.
