With Confluence OnDemand - is it possible to insert horizontal tabs on a page

Not sure if you're still looking, but we’ve created a Tabs macro as part of our toolbox of useful Confluence Cloud macros. It's pretty easy to use and will do both horizontal and vertical tab styles.

Thanks Davin   but when i go to edit, insert, other macros, and search for aui   there is no option for auitabs or auitabspage.   Do you have any further clues for me to activate these ?

They must have disabled those specific macros for the addon. Other than that I don't have any ideas.

I believe that the Content Formatting Macros in already in OnDemand and it has macros for tabs. They are auitabs and auitabspage.

Only for server, their tabs aren't available for cloud. It's what inspired us to create a Tabs macro as part of our toolbox of useful Confluence Cloud macros (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1215202). Feel free to give them a try.
