create ToDo and user mention by using Copy and Paste from other Aplication

Hello,

I'm new at confluence. I am looking to create many ToDos and Usermention not to type in. I would like to create them via copy and paste from othetr applivations like Excel. Is there any opertunity to do that via Markups?
