create diagram option

how do we get this app added to our confluence?
Only one person seems to have this app(they didn't add it from anywhere) and I have checked with a few others in our company but no one has it or can search/add it.

Welcome to the community.

Whiteboard is a default ootb function in Confluence.

It should be enabled for all, if not check: Confluence->Configuration->New Features-> Enable Whiteboards

I did check there and I see these already enabled. But that option still does not show up.

Hi @sami.dalvi, I found a couple of resources to hopefully help if the users in your environment are still not able to access Whiteboards:

2. you can always go to https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/ to raise a support ticket
3. Just for your reference, once the Whiteboards are working there is 3 active board limit per user on the Standard plan: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/understand-confluence-whiteboards-plans-and-features
