Re-direct in Search

Here's an example of what I mean: If you enter the bacteria "E.coli" in the Wikipedia search field it guides you directly to the page "Escherichia coli". This happens because someone has created this redirect which is quite useful in many cases where people enter abbreviations or synonyms in the search.

Is it possible to create this kind of re-directs in Confluence? And how?

Hi Ole,

I'm afraid this is not possible to achieve in Confluence without customizing it a bit, so in case you don't get any good insights on this, feel free to raise a feature request at https://jira.atlassian.com regarding this matter.
