disable emoticons confluence 6.0.5

Hello everyone,

I'm a Technical Writer and we need to use Confluence for Collaboration inn a professional way. The usage of Emoticons is very chaotic. Some colleagues use Emoticons permantly even when it is restricet by our "Writing Rules".  So I'm not amused that Emoticons were used even when it is not allowed. There exsit alternative like usage of UI Text Box indeed of emoticons in every single row.

Could you give me some tipps for solving my problem? It would be very kind.

We have same problem with Confluence 6.3.1.

Is it possible to disable emoticons globaly?

Old-style solution wits wiki-renderer-components.xml does not work...
