Dear all,
We have setup email notification and test email setting successfully. But why we can not receive email notification by our setting. Thank you.
Do you get test emails that you can send from the email server setup screen? Do errors occur when you try that send?
I can get test email as listed as below:
This is a test message from Confluence.
Server: SMTP Server
From: gxxxxxxxx@yuntech.edu.tw
Host User Name: gxxxxxxx
It show sent test email successfully. Is email scheduled job problem or not ? Thank you.

Excellent, that's exactly what we needed to know, you have proved that your entire email routing and delivery works fine. So, yes, there's a problem with what is being sent and when by Confluence. The next thing to look at is what you are expecting. You've said "we have set up email notification", but what is that for? What have you set up and what emails are you expecting to be triggered and when?

Probably I have some answer about the issue as listed as below:
At confluence version 4.2.1, email notification just only suitable for comment from other account (if you comment your page, maybe it will not send email notification).
Email notification is not applied to likes , so if you click likes option to some page, it will not send email notification.
But the latest version can be used to comment or likes option.
