While we are using our KB through Jira, is there anyway that we can generate report to see what users looked for?

Confluence doesn't have this feature but you can find for example this APP: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.addonengine.analytics/server/overview

That can show you Confluence pages statistics.
