I'm actually paying for gliffy but i don't want to use it anymore.
Is enought to "disable" the plugin under confluence configuration or i have to do anything else?
Disabling Gliffy via cog icon > Confluence Admin > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons will only disable the functionality of the add-on but will not remove it from your monthly bill. If you are paying for Gliffy with your Confluence OnDemand subscription and no longer wish to use it you will need to follow the steps below to cancel.
Have the registered technical or billing contact log into their [My Atlassian](http://my.atlassian.com) account:
1. Login to [My Atlassian](https://my.atlassian.com/).
2. Select the "Configure Products & Users" button under the expanded license panel for your Atlassian OnDemand subscription, on the right side of the screen.
3. Use the configuration page to deactivate Gliffy.
4. Select "Apply Changes" to confirm.
If you have any additional questions please feel free to email sales@atlassian.com and ask for Marian :)
Thanks!
