hide confluence page from index

Is there a way to tell confluence to not index a single page?

I suggest to vote and watch to increase the popularity of the ticket and the chance to be implemented in the future.

Not really, but you can hide it from the results page by setting permissions. Users who cannot see the page will also not be able to see it in the search results.
