I want to create UML Class, Network and other diagrams.
Hi @Prabhat Kumar,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You would need an app in order to do diagrams in Confluence. Have a look at Marketplace, there are a couple of options there for you. I have used Lucidchart before, but there other ones too.

I have used and tried a couple for various modelling purposes. The best free software without limitations is draw.io. It can import Visio files (takes some editing afterwards) and most other standard modelling exports. It has a very big selection of templates for different modelling notations, which you won't find in most other apps. It takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will quickly get the hang off it. (A hint - do not mix templates. It will allow you to draw any shape from any template on a single page, but this gets messy.)
It is downloadable software and a Windows App - thus store models locally. With Lucidchart and other free versions, you can only store in the cloud.
It has a marketplace app on Confluence (which of course you have to pay for - don't understand this), which seems to work excellent. Else, you can export to a file and then import into Confluence. Or even better - I use SharePoint as the repository and link to the files in there.
Trust this helps.
