Alternatively you could have a look at our Scroll PDF Exporter for Confluence.
It allows you to change the information in your header and footer via a simple UI (see Defining the Page Layouts for further information).
Besides that the Scroll PDF Exporter offers additional information compared to the default PDF Export option coming with Confluence (e.g. multiple template per space or globally, custom placeholders, integration with Comala Workflows, and more, see 5 Reasons to use the Scroll PDF Exporter for further details).
