how can I get the permission to insert image file from my device

hi, I found that I do not have the permission to upload image file from my device to the confluence, could you please tell me how can I apply for this permission?? thanks a lot!!

Can you check the documentation provided by your organization for their Confluence instance? The documentation may contain information about the permissions required to upload files and how to request permission.

Or else contact your Confluence administrator they should be able to provide you with information on the permission settings and the process for requesting permission.
