how do I edit the Dashboard space home page?

I have full admin rights.

The default starting home page for all users is the Dashboard space. It follows the Space Content Template, but I want to override that and edit it for just the Dashboard space. 

In other spaces, I have an EDIT button that allows me to edit the space home page. But not for the Dashboard default homepage.
