how do i enable a user

Hello Frank,

I understand you'd like to enable a existing user who was been previously disabled, is that correct?

If that's your case, you can go to Confluence Administration, select "Users" on the left panel and then "Show all users". Find on the list the user you need to enable, open the User Profile and then select the "Enable" option.
