unable to login with cisco email, how do i get an access?

Welcome to the community! And so sorry to know that you are unable to access Confluence. You can try the below steps :
✨ You can log in to your Atlassian account by going to id.atlassian.com/login
✨Please go through this wiki to understand more about the SSO Login which usually provided the companies.
If your admin has set up SAML single sign-on, log in to your Atlassian account by authenticating through your company’s identity provider.To log in with SAML single sign-on:
- Go to id.atlassian.com/login.
For Atlassian Government users: Go to http://id.atlassian-us-gov-mod.com/login.- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- Authenticate through your company’s identity provider if needed.

@nfedulov In addition to the information provided by @Anwesha Pan (TCS), your Admin still needs to add you as a user to your Confluence instance—I think you should receive an email about your access when they do this. You might want to contact your Atlassian or Confluence administrator to ensure that you have been granted access to Confluence.
