There is [Severity:] field in JIRA ticket web page, i want to receive the JIRA notification email with [Severity:] showing when the tickets is created up.

If you are on the cloud version, as I see from your ticket, then the documentation which @Mayur Jadhav provided, unfortunately will not work on you. You can't change the default email jira notification template. You are able to do that by using an app (like JMWE). This app has the ability to send emails. And there you can customize your own email template. But of course this takes time.
