how to add videos and document on the confluence page i have created?

I have created Confluence page and wanted to add some documents and videos on that.

Need explanation how to do that also i wanted to add some people to that page please guide me about all the questions.

I don't see the widget needed to do this in the "new" editor yet, but if you are using the older editor, there is a widget named "multimedia" that lets you embed any video that has been uploaded to your space.

To use this, attach the video to a page, then locate the widget and that file should be available to select.

There is also a widget called "Widget connector" that allows you to link to any video posted on various public sites via URL (youtube, etc.)  This one does appear to be in the new editor.

Just got an additional note from Atlassian support.  I opened a ticket about the "Multimedia" widget missing from the new editor and they said it had been deprecated but there is a request in for one for the new editor.  If you (or anyone) wants to get this functionality in the new viewer, please watch and vode for this!
