how to disable "follow up on these @mentions"

today i got an email for the very first time to "follow up on these @mentions" 

where and how do i disable these irritating emails?

Regarding the settings mentioned by @Katarina Müller I would not recommend unsubscribing from all @mentions, but what you can do is unsubscribe from what is called "reminders" (see image below).

Click on your profile picture on the right top corner -> personal settings -> Email (left side bar) -> click edit to be able to change it -> find mentions and disable it
