I have a spreadsheet (excel 2016 ) and i want it to show on the confluence page with the alphabetic sorting that is already on the sheet. how can I insert this excel in to the page. that fit the page and is not going out of the page

It depends on what version of Confluence you are using. You can try using the "Excel" macro or using one of these alternatives:
